Return of EX Cards
"According to various sources, we're seeing the return of EX cards but not as we know it, the first Stadium cards for BW, and that both sets will feature 52 cards: 48 of which will be Pokemon, leaving room for 4 trainers in each set, and a currently unknown amount of secret rares. Cilian is confirmed to be a trainer card, and we'll be seeing the return of energy cards such as Double Colourless Energy."

Hail Blizzard & Psycho Drive
Various Japanese stores have begun posting information about the upcoming third Japanese Pokémon Trading Card Game expansion for Black and White. The expansion set will be split in two theme sets: Hail Blizzard (ヘイルブリザード) and Psycho Drive (サイコドライブ). Hail Blizzard appears to feature Kyurem while Psycho Drive seems to feature Mewtwo. The expansion set will be released in Japan on September 16, 2011.
